Made to order, delivered by Hauser

Every Hauser bed is built to your size, base and colour on our floor in the West Midlands. From the day you order, allow 14 working days for us to cut, spring and upholster it — occasionally a little longer in the busiest weeks, in which case we’ll always keep you posted.

Delivered by us, into the room you want it

Your bed is delivered by Hauser Interiors ourselves — brought in, set level in the room of your choice, with the packaging taken away. On occasion, and for some areas, we may use a trusted delivery partner to bring it to you. If your order includes a mattress, we hold it and send everything together as one delivery.

Free across mainland UK

Delivery is free to almost all of mainland UK. A few remote and island postcodes carry a small surcharge — if yours is one of them we’ll tell you the exact amount before you pay, never after. We deliver within the UK only.

Booking your slot

Once your bed is finished we’ll arrange a day that suits you and let you know when to expect us, so you’re not waiting in all day. Deliveries run Monday to Friday; we don’t deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Access & tight spaces

Our headboards arrive in parts and pass a standard stairwell. If you have narrow stairs, a tight landing turn or restricted parking, tell us in the notes at checkout and we’ll come prepared.

If something arrives damaged

Please look your bed over on delivery. In the unlikely event anything has been damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the damage and let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right straight away.
