A 10-year guarantee on every bed we make

We build our beds to last, and we stand behind them. Every Hauser bed frame carries a 10-year guarantee against faults in the materials and the making — the joints, the frame and the structural upholstery we put our name to.

What’s covered

Manufacturing faults: anything that fails because of how the bed was made or the materials we used — a failed joint, a structural fault in the frame, faulty workmanship. If it’s our fault, we’ll repair or replace it.

What isn’t

Ordinary wear over the years, accidental damage, misuse, or changes caused by an unsuitable base or incorrect assembly sit outside the guarantee. Fabrics and fillings soften and settle with use — that’s normal, not a fault. This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights, which it doesn’t affect.

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers beds delivered within the UK.
